Working Principle
The automatic brush self-cleaning filter is a fully automatic online self-cleaning filter. A set of stainless steel brushes are installed in the filter. The above device is driven by a geared motor to rotate, and an electric sewage valve is installed on the end cover or bottom of the filter. When working, the turbid water enters through the inlet, and the dirt is filtered through the stainless steel wedge mesh. The clean water flows out from the water outlet. When the dirt accumulates too much, it will cause poor flow and the pressure of the cavity will rise. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet water reaches a certain value of 0.05MPa (adjustable), the differential pressure switch will send a signal to the controller. , the controller starts the reducer electronics, and drives the internal device to brush off the dirt and impurities. At the same time, open the electric drain valve to discharge the dirt. The cleaning time is about 1 minute, and there is no need to stop the flow during self-cleaning. (Or through time control, manually control the blowdown.)
