Working Principle
In a closed-loop system, in order to ensure the stability of the system pressure, an adjustable expansion device is required. When the system pressure decreases, the pressure of the water chamber of the pressure tank connected to it also decreases, the volume of the air chamber expands, and the pressure also decreases. When the control system sets the lower limit, the water pump automatically turns on to replenish the system until the set value is reached. The upper pressure limit is set and the pump stops. When the water in the system is heated, the temperature increases, the volume expands, the air chamber is squeezed, and the pressure in the pressure system increases. When the limit value is reached, the water in the system enters the expander (or softened water tank) through the safety release device. The system pressure also drops to the set value and stops pressure release, achieving the function of constant pressure waterreplenishment.
