Working Flow
The self-cleaning filter is composed of high-quality carbon steel cylinder, stainless steel wedge filter with special structure, butterfly valve and sewage device.
During normal operation, the valve plate is in the open position, the sewage outlet is closed, the water flow all flows from the inside of the filter cartridge to the outside, and the dirt is trapped by the filter cartridge and concentrated in the rear section to achieve normal filtration of water.
When draining, transfer the handle to "off", the valve plate is in the closed position, and the drain valve is opened. Blocked by the valve plate, the water flow all flows from the inside to the outside from the front section of the filter cartridge. Since the sewage outlet is opened, the pressure of the water in the rear section is reduced after the water is discharged, and part of the water flow flows from the outside of the filter cartridge to the inside, cleaning the dirt adhering to the filter cartridge. , to achieve the effect of backwashing the filter cartridge.
After the blowdown is over, close the blowdown valve, turn the handle to "ON", the valve plate is in the open state again, and the filter works normally. Because the sewage outlet is small, the water flow is relatively small, and the sewage discharge time is short, the sewage discharge has little effect on the normal operation of the system, so there is no need to stop the sewage discharge.
