Water is cleaned by spiral deaerators in functional systems. This product's distinctive design resembles a spiral degassing valve. In order to give all of the large and small particles enough time to fall to the bottom of the apparatus and gather into the sediment chamber, a specially constructed spiral tube is placed in the middle of the slag cleaner. This spiral tube can produce a static area in the slag cleaner.
The pressure drop in the screw cleaner stays constant while the particles are removed from the system, preventing clogging. Impurities may be removed from the system through the blowdown valve while it is functioning normally. A sizable impurity chamber is part of the apparatus; it simply has to be drained periodically.
1The impurities can be discharged when the system is running;
2The system can remove all impurities without maintenance or spare filter;
3No bypass valve or isolation valve is needed, the pressure drop is very small, and it will not hinder the flow of fluid;
4Larger impurities and fine particles can be removed.
