Working Principle
The liquid enters the pump under the action of gravity through the inlet check valve, causing the float to rise. When the float goes up to its upper limit position, the air supply valve opens, steam or compressed air enters the pump body, and gradually builds up pressure in the pump until it reaches a state sufficient to overcome the back pressure, and the pressurized liquid opens the outlet check valve , start to discharge liquid. When the float goes down to its lower limit position, the air supply valve is closed, the steam or compressed air is cut off, and the exhaust valve is opened at the same time, the pressure in the pump decreases. The liquid now refills the pump chamber.
