The automatic dosing device is mainly composed of solution tank, metering pump, filter, solenoid valve, check valve, water level meter, pressure meter, control cabinet, installation platform, etc., which are integrated and installed on a base. Users only need to place the combined dosing device in the dosing room, connect the dosing pipe to the power supply to start and put it into operation, and automatically detect the acidity and alkalinity of the fluid in the process of operation to judge intelligently and add the corresponding drug solution.
Principle of operation
The dosing of chemicals to the system is achieved by the mechanical pulse action of the dosing pump and the stroke adjustment principle. The following two control modes are used to realize automatic dosing. Time control mode: The microcomputer time control switch controls the opening and closing of the metering pump and drainage valve to achieve regular dosing and discharging. Indication control mode: The change of water quality index controls the opening and closing of metering pump and sewage valve in real time to realize automatic dosing and automatic discharging.
