Working principle of plate heat exchanger unit:

Under the control of the temperature control valve, steam or high-temperature water is sent to the plate heat exchange unit according to the required flow rate of the heating system. The heat exchanger heats the heating (air conditioning) return water of the heating user through indirect heat exchange; the heated water first flows After passing through the stainless steel core dirt remover, it enters the heat exchanger through the circulation pump and is heated for use by users, and the cycle starts over and over again. The primary heating medium returns to the primary heating pipe network after exchanging heat in the plate heat exchange unit. The water loss in the system is automatically replenished by the water replenishing pump according to the set pressure to ensure stable system pressure and normal operation.

2. The backup circulation pump and heat exchanger automatically switch at regular intervals. The circulation pump is switched regularly, and circulation pump faults are automatically overcome; the main plate heat exchanger and the backup plate heat exchanger are switched regularly to maximize the service life of the system.

 

3. Automatic switching between power frequency and variable frequency. The system collects temperature and pressure signals and controls the frequency conversion of the circulation pump and water replenishing pump. It can automatically realize frequency conversion switching between multiple circulating pumps and multiple water replenishing pumps, and automatic switching between frequency conversion and power frequency.

 

4. Compared with intelligent heat exchange units, plate heat exchange units have a more concise, intuitive and user-friendly human-machine interface, making them easy to operate. Equipped with a touch screen, the system will have a good human-machine interface, which can display the complete system operating status, equipment status and various thermal parameters, as well as centralized digital display of operating parameters. It can be controlled locally or connected to the central control room to facilitate remote monitoring by users.

 

5. Plate heat exchange unit has powerful remote communication function. It can be connected to the host computer either wired or wirelessly. It can realize both LAN control and wireless monitoring. Application of plate heat exchanger unit:

It can be widely used in heating, air conditioning, bathing water, domestic water, and winter water for swimming pools in civil buildings such as factories, institutions, schools, residential areas, and villas, as well as commercial buildings such as shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, and resorts.


The plate heat exchange unit mainly plays the role of evaporation and condensation in the central air-conditioning system. The refrigerant is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas by the compressor and then exchanges heat with the cooling water to form a low-temperature and high-pressure liquid. After decompression, it forms a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid. Then, the evaporator and the chilled water exchange heat to absorb the heat of the chilled water and evaporate into hot steam, which then enters the compressor for circulation. The cooled chilled water is sent to the user end.


The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant (refrigerant) gas coming out of the compressor flows through the condenser to cool down and reduce the pressure. The condenser brings the heat to the cooling tower through the cooling water system and discharges it. The refrigerant continues to flow through the throttling device and becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid. It flows through the evaporator, absorbs heat, and is compressed again. There are chilled water circulation systems connected at both ends of the evaporator. The heat absorbed by the refrigerant reduces the temperature of the chilled water, causing the low-temperature water to flow to the user end, and then passes through the machine coil for heat exchange and blows out the cold air.
